About You
You’re someone who brings a strong technical foundation, a genuine interest in laboratory work, and the ability to thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You enjoy contributing to team success, take pride in high-quality work, and are ready to grow your skills within a regional pathology setting.
Qualified and knowledgeable: You hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a recognised field, supported by sound knowledge of laboratory principles, scientific practice and Work Health and Safety requirements.
Technically capable: You bring general laboratory experience, strong numerical and computer skills, and the ability to follow established procedures while using initiative to solve problems.
Organised and reliable: You can manage varying workloads, prioritise effectively, work under limited supervision, and consistently meet defined timelines while maintaining high standards.
Collaborative and professional: You communicate clearly, work well within a team, show a positive commitment to customer service, and handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
