About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, Clinical and Business Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping how CALHN uses data to inform decision-making and deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients and communities. This is a dynamic role where you’ll coordinate, plan and analyse complex clinical and business data, ensuring that information is timely, accurate and actionable. With your expertise, you’ll transform raw data into valuable insights, enabling operational, tactical and strategic improvements across the organisation.
Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll contribute to the rationalisation and enhancement of reporting products, and help design innovative dashboards and self-service solutions that make data more accessible. You’ll also support projects and data submissions for external organisations, ensuring CALHN continues to deliver trusted, high-quality information. About you
You are a skilled data professional who thrives on turning complex information into meaningful insights, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across all levels. Your expertise, problem-solving ability and strong analytical mindset enable you to deliver high-quality outcomes that support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in advanced data analysis, reporting and visualisation using tools such as Excel, SQL Server and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, build trust and present complex ideas with clarity.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, work both autonomously and collaboratively, and deliver projects to a high professional standard.
- Sound knowledge of information management policies, research methodologies, and privacy and confidentiality principles in a health-related environment.
