About the Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll provide advanced clinical care, lead service delivery and support the development of staff within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to influence practice, build capability and improve outcomes for clients and communities.
- Deliver expert OT services across complex caseloads
- Lead daily service priorities and clinical practice
- Supervise, mentor and support staff and students
- Drive quality improvement and service development
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to achieve great outcomes
About You
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist who combines clinical expertise with strong leadership and a commitment to person-centred care.
- Hold a recognised OT qualification and AHPRA registration
- Bring extensive experience across acute, rehab and/or community settings
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning to complex presentations
- Lead, support and develop staff and students
- Use evidence-based practice to improve care and outcomes
