  • Salary AHP-3  $112,139 - $120,284 p.a. + super + salary packaging

About the Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll provide advanced clinical care, lead service delivery and support the development of staff within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to influence practice, build capability and improve outcomes for clients and communities.

  • Deliver expert OT services across complex caseloads
  • Lead daily service priorities and clinical practice
  • Supervise, mentor and support staff and students
  • Drive quality improvement and service development
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to achieve great outcomes

About You

You are an experienced Occupational Therapist who combines clinical expertise with strong leadership and a commitment to person-centred care.

  • Hold a recognised OT qualification and AHPRA registration
  • Bring extensive experience across acute, rehab and/or community settings
  • Apply advanced clinical reasoning to complex presentations
  • Lead, support and develop staff and students
  • Use evidence-based practice to improve care and outcomes
