Join Us as a Property Manager – Drive Accommodation Solutions and Support Health Services
Are you organised, resourceful, and motivated to make a real impact in healthcare support services? We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN). In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of managing accommodation needs for LCLHN workforce while supporting the smooth delivery of health services across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accommodation facilities owned or rented by LCLHN.
- Manage demand for workforce housing, ensuring availability and efficiency.
- Develop strategies and objectives to optimise accommodation in a cost-effective way.
- Provide support to health units and directorates on property and accommodation matters.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required to support network-wide operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Property Management or Real Estate-related qualifications.
- Experience in property management, leasing, and/or real estate services.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in undertaking project work, involving coordination, implementation, and achieving optimum outcomes.
- Experience in the use of computer operations (including Microsoft Office software) and systems management.
- Experience in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of procedures.
- Previous experience in working within a diverse team environment.
- Previous experience in supervising and gaining support/cooperation from staff to achieve planned objectives.

Conditions of Employment
- A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position.
- Immunisation Risk for this position is – Category B.
- SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
