WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Are you a qualified AHP2 Occupational Therapist with relevant registration and experience delivering evidence‑based care to clients with complex needs across community or health settings?
  • Are you a confident, adaptable clinician who can manage a varied caseload under reduced supervision and apply sound clinical judgement in a rural or regional environment?
  • Are you a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to support students and less‑experienced staff through supervision, guidance and knowledge sharing?
  • Are you someone committed to continuous professional development, high‑quality documentation and culturally safe practice, including respectful engagement with Aboriginal consumers and communities?

  • Provide high‑quality, client‑centred Occupational Therapy services that support positive health outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
  • Contribute to effective multidisciplinary care through collaboration, shared decision‑making and clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Support service delivery and sustainability by maintaining accurate documentation, participating in quality improvement activities and using resources efficiently.
  • Strengthen team and service capability through reflective practice, professional development and culturally safe engagement, including with Aboriginal consumers and communities.
