Take the lead in one of regional South Australia’s busiest and most dynamic Emergency Departments.

As the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you’ll provide pivotal clinical and operational leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate emergency care for the Limestone Coast community.

In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the coordination of patient flow, resource management, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care delivery. You’ll play a vital role in shaping service excellence, supporting your team to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Who We're Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with current AHPRA registration and significant emergency nursing experience.
  • A confident and collaborative leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in managing people, resources, and clinical systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to excellence in patient care, staff wellbeing, and continuous service improvement.
