About the role

Provide efficient administrative and reception support to patients, clinicians and staff across WCHN. Maintain patient records, manage bookings and waitlists, and ensure timely, accurate data entry and customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key duties of the role

  • Deliver professional reception and administrative support to patients and staff
  • Maintain patient data and records in line with SA Health standards
  • Manage appointments, schedules and waitlists using EMR Sunrise
  • Respond to enquiries with empathy, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of office systems and processes

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Experience in administrative or reception support (healthcare preferred)
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledge of confidentiality, EEO and WHS practices
