About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Administration Manager to join our Division of Forensic Mental Health.
In this role, you will oversee administrative operations, supporting both clinical teams and patients through expert organisational leadership.
This role requires someone who can balance administrative excellence with compassionate understanding of mental health challenges, working collaboratively within our established forensic mental health framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- develop and manage administrative functions across the Division of Forensic Mental Health.
- coordinate the Allied Health, Medical and Administration portfolios including recruitment, credentialing, management of staff establishments, medical rosters and leave management.
- supervise administrative staff and foster professional development.
- develop quality administrative systems and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in administration, strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and organisational skills and detailed understanding of confidentiality requirements.
