- The position is based at Lyell McEwin Hospital (Elizabeth Vale 5112) or Modbury Hospital (Modbury 5092).
About the role
Be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and statewide service as a Pharmacist (AHP2) with SA Pharmacy, operating within Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) and the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). In this essential role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, comprehensive pharmacy services that optimise medication safety and improve patient outcomes across inpatient, outpatient, and specialised hospital environments.
Your responsibilities will span clinical reviews, dispensing, medication counselling, sterile and non-sterile production, and medicines information. You will also actively contribute to education, mentoring, research, and quality improvement projects within SA Pharmacy’s commitment to innovation and excellence in public health pharmacy services.
About You
You are a dedicated pharmacist with strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based medication management in a public health setting.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

Proven ability to deliver clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic review and patient education

Effective communicator with strong organisational, counselling, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills

This role is subject to vaccination and clearance requirements, including NPC and WWCC
