  • Temporary Part Time working 45.6 hours per fortnight, over a 5 day roster, up to 15 December 2026

  • Do you have at least 3 years of nursing experience and a strong background in clinical palliative care?
  • Are you confident leading and supporting less experienced nursing staff and students?
  • Do you work well within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-focused care?
  • Are you committed to culturally safe practice and engaging respectfully with Aboriginal communities?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Provide proficient, person centred nursing care and case management to palliative patients in Victor Harbor and surrounding areas.
  • Lead clinical practice within the team, supporting professional development and ensuring best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement, clinical education, and research initiatives to advance palliative care delivery.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
