About the role

MeS1  As a Medical Scientist with SA Pathology, you will apply your scientific and technical expertise to perform a wide range of routine diagnostic techniques that directly support patient care. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll contribute to problem-solving, planning, analysis and reporting, while also having the opportunity to be involved in the development and adoption of new methodologies. MeS2   As a Medical Scientist with SA Pathology, you will apply your scientific expertise and specialised knowledge to perform, analyse and troubleshoot a wide range of diagnostic procedures that directly support patient care. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to problem-solving, planning, reporting and the development of new methodologies, while also applying sound professional judgement to adapt and select techniques in increasingly complex situations. In addition, you will play an important role in quality assurance through the validation of Quality Control at a supervisory level, under the guidance of management.
