WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Join our dedicated administration team, where you will provide a high quality, confidential, customer focused administration support service to clients, staff and visitors of the Emergency Department at Mount Barker DSM Hospital.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
As the Administration Officer Emergency Department, you will:
- Provide professional, courteous front-line service to patients, visitors, and staff, both in person and over the phone.
- Ensure accurate and timely admission processes and maintain up-to-date patient records and case notes.
- Manage key communication systems including paging and public address
- Perform efficient data entry and word processing to support clinical and administrative functions.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following WHS procedures and contributing to safety initiatives.
