Be the Heart of the Ward – Ward Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and organised Ward Clerk to join our nursing team and provide essential administrative support within a ward, unit, or clinic setting.

In this role, you will manage patient and client information with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring smooth coordination of communication within the ward and across other hospital services. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will help keep our healthcare environment running efficiently. You may also be required to work across alternate administrative positions within the Nursing Department, supporting the wider team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current South Australian Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel and the creation/maintenance of MS Access Databases.
  • Knowledge of Video Conferencing technology.

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy, working 52.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
