About the role
As an Operational Services Officer within SA Pathology’s Pre-Analytical Services team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting timely, accurate, and compassionate pathology services. Your core focus will be on high-quality customer care, efficient specimen collection and handling, and accurate administrative data entry using laboratory information systems. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment that supports the diagnosis and treatment of patients across South Australia.
This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day through your contributions to quality sample processing, specimen integrity, and effective communication with patients, clinicians, and colleagues. Demonstrated experience in specimen collection or pathology laboratory environments (2+ years preferred)

Excellent interpersonal and computer skills, with strong attention to detail and time management

Satisfactory National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (WWCC) are mandatory

Subject to relevant immunisation requirements in accordance with SA Health policy
