About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Officer to support the Statewide Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) through high-level administrative coordination, data analysis, and strategic planning. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of key business documents, performance reporting, and CEO-level communications, while managing operational budgets and contributing to business development initiatives. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Statewide ACAS program.

Working in close partnership with the Business Manager, you’ll contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives and key performance indicators across the CALHN Statewide ACAS team. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced hospital setting, along with your understanding of the community and aged care sector, will enable you to support service delivery that is responsive, coordinated, and person-centred. About You

You are a proactive and skilled professional with a strong background in business operations, human resources, and health systems. With a high level of attention to detail, you bring a confident and collaborative approach to managing sensitive information, supporting executive-level decision-making, and contributing to aged care reforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in business and HR operations, including data analysis

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills across all levels

  • In-depth knowledge of My Aged Care, aged care reforms, and quality standards

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and confidential matters
