About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients. You’ll work in a supportive environment where you’ll develop your skills and progress from novice to proficient practice. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient care while adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring the best outcomes for patients in your care.
In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, but you will also take accountability for your actions and the care you provide. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance your clinical knowledge, improve your nursing skills, and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare team. About You
We’re looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional care to patients. You will be a key part of our healthcare team, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife while ensuring patient care is consistent with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented approach
