About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Administration Officer to join our dynamic Emergency Services team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, supporting a multidisciplinary team including Medical, Nursing, and clinical support staff. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services within our Emergency Department/s. You will play a key role in managing a range of administrative duties, all while maintaining strict adherence to patient confidentiality and consistently delivering high-quality customer service.

As an integral member of the Emergency Services team, you’ll bring a collaborative spirit and an eye for detail, supporting our goal of providing safe, standardised, and cost-effective services. You’ll be contributing to the efficient running of a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and commitment to excellence will be truly valued. You are a reliable and adaptable professional with a passion for delivering high-quality administrative and customer support in a healthcare setting. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a strong sense of empathy, initiative, and teamwork to everything you do.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse backgrounds and remain calm under pressure.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Strong administrative and customer service experience, with accurate data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to quality service, resilience in high-pressure situations, and a positive attitude to change.
