As our Senior WHS & Wellbeing Business Partner in Mount Gambier, you’ll be a trusted partner to clinical and operational leaders — influencing how we think about safety, tackle risk and support the wellbeing of our people.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong expertise in WHS, psychological health and workplace wellbeing.
• The confidence to influence, coach and challenge when it matters.
• Experience managing psychosocial risk and delivering preventative initiatives.
• A natural ability to build trust with people at every level.
• Strong judgement, curiosity and a practical approach to solving problems.
• The drive to turn good ideas into meaningful, lasting change.

Conditions of Employment

• A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position.
• Immunisation Risk for this position is – Category B.
• SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy
