About the Role
Join the Statewide End of Life Follow Up Service as a Clinical Nurse and make a meaningful difference across SA.

• Champion high quality EOL care
• Support staff with education and resources
• Coordinate bereavement follow up calls
• Promote organ and tissue donation
• Build strong LHN partnerships

About You

You’ll bring strong clinical expertise, empathy and a collaborative approach to this specialist role.

• Current NMBA registration and practising certificate
• Critical care, emergency, grief or palliative care experience
• Strong communication, education and presentation skills
• Confident leadership of students and less experienced nurses
• Prioritise workload and work autonomously within a team
