About the Role:

Join our Palliative Care team as a Clinical Nurse, delivering compassionate, high-quality care across a range of health service settings. You’ll build on your clinical experience and expertise while taking on meaningful portfolio responsibilities, supporting the development of less experienced staff, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

• Registered Nurse/Midwife with 3+ years’ post-registration experience and current or eligible registration.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and knowledge of contemporary nursing practice, standards and legislation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including supporting and guiding students, enrolled nurses and less experienced staff.

Desired Criteria 

• Palliative Care qualifications and knowledge of relevant Australian Palliative Care Standards.
• Experience in quality improvement, nursing research and applying evidence to practice.
• Strong teamwork and technology skills, with knowledge of the SA Public Health System and contemporary nursing issues.
