About The Role

Join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network as an Administration Officer – Allied Health, providing administrative and secretarial support to Allied Health Departments within Country Health Connect.

You will provide professional and responsive customer service, manage client enquiries, appointments, medical records and referrals, and undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties. You will also support information and data management using systems including Sunrise EMR, while maintaining accurate and confidential client information.

Working collaboratively across multiple Allied Health disciplines, you will help ensure efficient, organised and courteous service delivery while contributing to a positive experience for clients, clinicians and the wider community.

About You

You are an organised and adaptable administration professional who can effectively manage competing priorities while providing responsive customer service. You communicate confidently with staff, clients and the public, work effectively within a team and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and professional service when managing client information.

To succeed in the Administration Officer – Allied Health role, you will:

  • Have experience providing a confidential, efficient and effective administrative service, along with good customer service.
  • Have experience using computers, photocopiers and other office equipment, including Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Be able to manage and appropriately prioritise multiple tasks, work as part of a team with indirect supervision and appropriately manage confidential information.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of general office procedures and practices and an understanding of the importance of appropriately managing client information and records.

About Country Health Connect – Allied Health

Country Health Connect provides services across the Limestone Coast, with the Allied Health Administration team supporting a range of disciplines including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Dietetics, Diabetes, Palliative Care, Podiatry and Physiotherapy.

The Administration Officer works collaboratively with Country Health Connect staff and provides administrative support across Allied Health services to promote efficient and courteous service provision for clients and the community.
