Join the Department of Neonatal Perinatal Medicine and play a vital role in supporting senior medical staff and the delivery of high-quality care to our smallest and most vulnerable patients. As a trusted executive support professional, you’ll bring organisation, discretion and initiative to a diverse role spanning diary management, rosters, correspondence, recruitment, training and professional development. You’ll work closely with medical staff and key stakeholders, helping keep the department running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes. About you:

  • Typing speed of minimum 60wpm
  • Use a wide range of computer software packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with members of the public, patient, visitors and hospital staff
  • Proven experience in providing general comprehensive and confidential clerical, typing and reception tasks to senior officers
  • Experience in developing, maintaining and controlling appropriate records and filing systems
