  • ASO2 – $66,442–$69,504 p.a. (pro rata) + super + salary packaging
  • Temporary Part Time – Week 1: 22.5 hours; Week 2: 30 hours

About the Role

Join BreastScreen SA as an Administration Officer, Contact Centre and be part of a service making a meaningful difference to women’s health. You’ll provide warm, professional support to clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, appointments and enquiries with sensitivity, privacy and care.

Working within a supportive team, you’ll maintain accurate client records, resolve enquiries and help ensure available screening appointments are utilised. You’ll also contribute to quality activities, support and mentor colleagues, and work closely with teams across BreastScreen SA to deliver an efficient, respectful and positive client experience.

About You

You are a customer-focused and organised administrator who communicates with care, manages competing priorities and delivers accurate, confidential support in a busy environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bring experience in client-focused, confidential administration
  • Communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Manage competing priorities, deadlines and detail under pressure
  • Use Microsoft Office, databases and digital systems confidently
