About the Role

Join our team as an Enrolled Nurse and provide compassionate, person-centred care alongside Registered Nurses and Midwives. You’ll support children, young people, women and families with diverse needs while building your clinical skills in a supportive healthcare environment.

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
  • Support person-centred care under RN/Midwife supervision
  • Recognise clinical deterioration and escalate concerns promptly
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families and care teams
  • Work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Maintain professional standards, policies and quality practices
  • Develop clinical skills and keep knowledge current
  • Connect with government and non-government service partners
  • Support people with complex needs and diverse cultural backgrounds

About You

You’ll bring compassionate nursing care, sound clinical judgement and a collaborative approach to supporting patients and the wider healthcare team.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold or be eligible for NMBA Enrolled Nurse registration
  • Hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate
  • Complete approved study in medicine administration, if required
  • Bring acute care nursing experience within scope of practice
  • Communicate well, prioritise care and work effectively in a team
