About The Role

The Executive Assistant, ASO4, provides high-level, confidential and professional administrative support to the Executive Director Corporate Performance and Strategy of the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. Key responsibilities include diary and travel management, preparing correspondence, reports, briefings and presentations, coordinating meetings and committees, minute taking, records and document management, and supporting finance and procurement activities. The role also undertakes research, project coordination, stakeholder liaison and administrative improvement activities. The position requires excellent communication, organisation, time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality. Experience supporting executives, committees, projects, records systems and Microsoft Office is essential.


About You

The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant with strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated in supporting senior executives across Governance, Finance and/or Corporate Services. They will manage confidential information, competing priorities, committees, projects and executive workflows, while exercising sound judgement, initiative and professionalism in a complex health environment.

 

  • Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Executive Director.
  • Manage complex diaries, correspondence, meetings, briefings, travel and executive priorities.
  • Coordinate governance, committee, records, finance and corporate services activities.
  • Support projects, research, reporting and stakeholder engagement across LCLHN and SA Health.
  • Join a professional team where initiative, confidentiality, communication and sound judgement are highly valued.
