 About the Role

Join us as a Catering Assistant Level 2 and help deliver a high-quality food and beverage service in a busy, customer-focused environment. You’ll prepare fresh meals, support smooth service and help the team meet changing demands and timeframes.

  • Prepare salads, sandwiches and hot breakfast items
  • Deliver efficient, high-volume meal service
  • Manage ingredients and stock control
  • Support food and beverage service across multiple areas
  • Assist with training and welcoming new team members
  • Work closely with supervisors, chefs and catering colleagues
  • Adapt to changing service needs and priorities

About You

You’ll bring a positive, team-focused approach and a commitment to delivering quality food service in a busy environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Read and interpret menus, instructions, policies and procedures
  • Communicate clearly and follow written and verbal direction
  • Work collaboratively and meet required service timeframes
  • Bring a strong commitment to quality and customer service
  • Apply safe work and basic food handling practices
