Keep SALHN Moving – Senior Car Parking Officer Opportunity!

Lead the day-to-day operations of SALHN’s car parking services, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused facilities across multiple sites. This diverse role combines operational management, administration, revenue collection, project management and continuous improvement initiatives that directly support staff, patients and visitors. Experience having worked with car parking infrastructure and car parking systems. You will play a key role in driving service excellence, overseeing maintenance, managing waiting lists and enforcement expiation notices and fines, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance parking operations. If you are a proactive leader with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality services, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact within SALHN.

About you:

  • Experience having worked with car parking infrastructure and systems
  • Have understanding the SA Health Car parking Policy to work within the guidelines
  • Experience in fines and enforcement expiation notices and process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and prioritise workloads and meet demands
  • Experience with computerised management systems including Romex, Car Parking Software, CHRIS, Basware asset management system
