  • ASO2 | $66,442 - $69,504 p.a. (pro rata)

About The Role

Join Country Health Connect as an Administration Service Officer and provide high-quality, confidential and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff and visitors across the Tatiara region.

You will provide reception and general administrative support, including responding to enquiries, coordinating appointments, data entry, records management and supporting health professionals and programs. You will also use systems including Sunrise PAS, assist with accounts and equipment processes, coordinate bookings and provide general clerical support.

This is a varied role where your organisation, communication and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of Country Health Connect services and a positive experience for clients and the community.

About You

You are an organised and customer-focused administration professional with strong communication and computer skills. You can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and work effectively with minimal supervision. You bring a professional and adaptable approach and are comfortable working with clients, colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds.

To succeed in the Administration Service Officer role, you will:

  • Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Have experience performing accurate data entry and using Microsoft Office and other computer software.
  • Have experience working within a reception and records environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads, work with minimal supervision and appropriately manage challenging or sensitive interactions.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of administrative procedures and safe work practices, with previous health administration experience desirable.

Country Health Connect provides community-based health and care services across the Limestone Coast, supporting people to access the services they need within their local communities.

As part of the Tatiara administration team, based in Bordertown you will support the delivery of Country Health Connect services across Bordertown and Keith, working collaboratively with health professionals and other services to provide responsive, efficient and customer-focused administrative support.
