About the Role

Join CALHN’s Surgery Program as an Executive Assistant and provide trusted support to Medical Directors. You’ll manage high-level admin, prepare key documents, coordinate stakeholders and help resolve complex and sensitive matters with confidence.

• Support Medical Directors with proactive executive assistance
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action items
• Liaise with staff, agencies and external stakeholders

About You

You are a discreet, organised and adaptable professional who thrives in a busy executive environment and communicates with confidence.

• Bring executive or senior secretarial support experience
• Manage committees, meetings, minutes and itineraries
• Use Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint confidently
• Analyse issues, protect confidentiality and meet deadlines
