What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, using initiative to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative and clerical support, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, word processing, data entry, and office administration systems.
  • Knowledge of records management, confidentiality, quality assurance practices, and relevant healthcare legislation and procedures.

Desired Criteria 

  • Experience in medical records or administration within a healthcare environment, with a Medical Terminology Certificate highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and software, including Sunrise Production and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of primary healthcare principles, safe work practices, and relevant government administrative procedures and legislation.
