About the role

As an Operational Services Officer working as a Pathology Collector, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of effective, accurate and efficient laboratory services. Reporting to the local Regional Laboratory Manager, you will undertake specimen collection and assist with the transport, sorting and labelling of specimens in accordance with established protocols. Working under general direction, you will apply practical skills and sound judgement while providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, referring clinicians and other medical professionals accessing SA Pathology services.
