About the Role:

You will provide comprehensive and person-centred speech pathology services to meet the needs of the local community, assessing individual needs and planning, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to prevention, early intervention, treatment and evaluation across a range of health service settings. Depending on experience and classification, you may also contribute to the supervision and development of students, allied health assistants and less experienced staff.

About You:

• Hold a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and be eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to apply speech pathology knowledge and skills in a range of clinical settings.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible, innovative and committed to delivering person-centred care and positive outcomes for the local community.
• Commitment to professional development and supporting students, allied health assistants and less experienced staff.
