WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?  

We are offering a 6-month temporary opportunity to provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Executive Director People and Culture. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, involvement in key coordination and project support activities, and the chance to contribute to the smooth operation of critical People and Culture functions across the network. It also provides valuable professional development opportunities, allowing you to broaden your skills, gain insight into strategic workforce initiatives, and build experience working within a senior executive environment. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?  

You will……….  

  • You will deliver high-quality, confidential executive and administrative support, ensuring efficient daily operations and timely communication across the service. 
  • You will coordinate and support projects by tracking progress, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve outcomes. 
  • You will maintain effective systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. 
  • You will foster strong working relationships and provide culturally appropriate, customer-focused support to both internal and external stakeholders.
