About the Role

Join CALHN’s Mental Health Clinical Program and deliver recovery-focused care that helps consumers achieve their goals.

As a Social Worker, you’ll provide evidence-based interventions, support wellbeing and contribute to service improvement.

• Deliver psychosocial assessments, care plans and clinical reviews
• Coordinate recovery-focused care with consumers and carers
• Develop targeted interventions to improve clinical outcomes
• Support crisis, rehabilitation and acute mental health services
• Contribute to education, research and quality improvement activities

This recruitment drive is focussing on vacancies in our community mental health teams both within Eastern Community Mental Health (Tranmere) and Western Community Mental Health (Woodville).

We also have opportunities to fill our casual social work positions across all our sites within community, inpatient and rehabilitation. 

Qualifications

Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
