About the Role

As a Social Worker with the SA Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service, you'll help people with complex brain injuries achieve greater independence and quality of life. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll provide expert support to clients and families while helping shape high quality, person centred care.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver specialist social work services for complex brain injury
• Support clients and families through their rehab journey
• Build strong partnerships across the care team and community
• Guide and mentor early career social workers and students
• Contribute to service improvement, education and care planning
• Provide clinical advice and support to allied health colleagues
• Work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Strengthen links with health services and rehabilitation partners
• Support quality improvement and evidence based practice
• Help shape service development across the rehabilitation service

About You

You're a compassionate and skilled Social Worker who enjoys helping people achieve meaningful outcomes. You'll bring strong clinical judgement, a collaborative approach and the experience to support people with complex needs in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting.

• Degree eligible for AASW full membership
• Experience in adult health and multidisciplinary care
• Strong clinical judgement and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality care and ongoing development
