About the Opportunity

Expressions of Interest are invited from current SA Health employees interested in joining the Clinical Nurse/Midwife Facilitator team on a temporary, as-needed basis to provide leave relief across the Limestone Coast Local Health Network.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses and Midwives who are passionate about education, mentoring and developing others. You'll play an important role in supporting graduate nurses, midwives, students and staff while building your own leadership, education and facilitation skills.

Reporting to the TPPP Coordinator/Advanced Nurse or Midwife Education Manager, you will provide education, clinical support and mentorship across a variety of clinical settings, promoting evidence-based practice and strengthening workforce capability throughout LCLHN.

About You

You are an experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife who enjoys supporting others to succeed. You communicate confidently, build strong relationships and are passionate about developing the next generation of nursing and midwifery professionals.

To be successful, you will:

  • Be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Be passionate about education, coaching and developing others.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Work collaboratively across a range of clinical settings and LCLHN sites.
  • Be committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
