Join Digital Health at SALHN and play a vital role in supporting executive leadership and team success. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support, managing diaries, meetings, correspondence, and key priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will be a trusted first point of contact, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to continuous improvement across the service.

About you:

  • Extensive experience in the provision of secretarial services to senior managers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people in a verbal and written manner
  • Proven experience in the use of word processing and spreadsheet packages which results in the production of high quality, keyboard work
  • A resourceful and resilient personality with an approachable manner
  • Demonstrated experience in the preparation of committee papers, taking minutes at meetings, and following-up action items
