About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing services across various health service settings, working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centred care. As a Registered Nurse at this level, you will consolidate your knowledge and develop from a novice to a proficient practitioner. You’ll be supported in your journey through continuous professional development and hands-on experience. You will take responsibility for your own practice standards and ensure safe, effective delegation when working with others, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated nursing professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute your skills and knowledge within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate

  • Strong communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting

  • Proven experience and clinical competence in nursing practice, aligned with current standards and quality frameworks

  • Sound knowledge of nursing roles, relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and quality improvement systems in a healthcare environment
