Overview:

 

  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating and undertaking a range of confidential executive support services for the Director, Strategy and Architecture or Director, Business Transformation, providing effective and high-level liaison, executive and administrative support, as well as contributes to the delivery of high quality administration support to the DHSA Executive Office.
  • The role coordinates and delivers administrative support to projects, including implementing and monitoring systems and processes related to project tracking, finance, records management and governance, to enable effective reporting to the Director.
  • The Executive Assistant is also responsible for providing secretariat support for the Strategy and Architecture meetings chaired by the Director, including preparing and disseminating agendas, minutes, reports and action lists and undertaking related information gathering and project activities;

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

 

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
