Please note this position is multi-classified as either an AHP1 or AHP2 depending on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Rural Generalist Dietitian to join Country Health Connect on a full-time temporary basis until February 2027. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive nutrition and dietetic services across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, supporting clients of all ages to achieve improved health outcomes. This role offers a diverse rural generalist caseload and the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while making a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of the Limestone Coast community.

About You

You are a motivated Dietitian who is passionate about improving health outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. You enjoy working collaboratively, value continuous learning and thrive in a diverse rural health environment.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and be eligible for practising membership with Dietitians Australia.
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Hold a current driver's licence and be willing to travel across the Limestone Coast region.
  • Be committed to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
