WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

Join a dynamic health service team providing high-level executive and administrative support to senior medical leaders and contributing to the delivery of quality healthcare across the region. In this valued role, you will coordinate a diverse range of activities including diary management, confidential correspondence, report preparation, governance processes, workforce support, meetings, workshops and key operational initiatives. 

You will build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while supporting effective communication, streamlined processes and the smooth coordination of medical services. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior medical leaders, including diary management, correspondence, reports, presentations and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, committees, workshops and governance activities by preparing agendas, managing papers, recording minutes and following up actions.
  • Support medical workforce and operational activities including roster coordination, credentialing, training coordination, timesheet processes and administrative support for HR, complaints, SLS and Ministerial matters.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while coordinating communications, travel, accommodation and operational logistics.
  • Maintain efficient administrative systems and contribute to a professional, confidential and customer-focused service that supports the delivery of quality healthcare.
