About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for Registered Nurses to join the dedicated Aged Care team at Naracoorte Health Service. Due to establishment and budget alignment, multiple ongoing positions are available, with hours negotiable to suit successful applicants.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support students and junior staff, and promote a safe, respectful and compassionate care environment. About You

You are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care and improving the wellbeing of older people. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold (or be eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing care within an aged care environment.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Be committed to ongoing professional development and continuous quality improvement.
  • Be able to prioritise workloads, think critically and respond effectively within a dynamic clinical environment.
