Join one of South Australia’s largest and most diverse Allied Health teams, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across hospital and outpatient settings. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, and supporting less experienced AHP1/2 Dietitians in General Medicine units. Ability to provide high level nutrition care processes including assessment, treatment to support adults and their families/Carers.  This is an opportunity to contribute to an innovative service committed to clinical excellence, research and leadership, while making a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of communities across Adelaide’s southern suburbs.

About you:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust, confidence and co-operation at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to support and foster team member growth and participation in decision making and change processes that results in improved patient outcomes and patient flow in General Medicine Units.
  • Specialised clinical experience in assessment and management of complex general medical patients
  • Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email and word processing
  • Excellent skills in problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
