About the Role

Join a supportive Mental Health team where you'll help create seamless administrative support that enables quality client care. You'll manage appointments, maintain accurate records, build strong relationships and provide essential support across multiple sites within Western Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and data accuracy
• Schedule appointments and update calendars
• Respond to phone, email and counter enquiries
• Liaise with clients, staff and external services
• Prepare correspondence and administrative documents
• Support multidisciplinary teams with daily tasks
• Update databases and monitor information quality
• Assist with client and team related enquiries
• Provide relief cover across Western Services sites (will require flexibility with commencement and finish times)
• Contribute to efficient day to day operations

About You

You’re a proactive administrator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy healthcare environment. With strong communication skills, excellent organisation and a team focused approach, you can confidently manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding service.

• Experience in administration, reception or customer service
• Confident with Microsoft Office and office systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams
• Prioritise workloads and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and use sound judgement
