About the Role

Support vital health research by keeping grants on track from award to close. You will manage records, build trusted links with researchers and partners, and keep grant data accurate, timely and compliant across CALHN.

• Manage grant records pre and post award
• Maintain clear, accurate data and files
• Liaise with researchers and CALHN teams
• Support reporting and funding queries
• Engage with SA Health, funders and partners

About You

You bring calm, care and clarity to complex admin work, and enjoy supporting research teams to succeed.

• Strong admin skills, work well solo or with others
• Sharp eye for detail, meet deadlines under pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse groups
• Confident with Microsoft Office and data systems
• Knowledge of grants, research governance or finance admin processes
