About the Role

Lead a high performing team that keeps essential facility and contracted services running smoothly across CALHN. You'll build strong partnerships, drive contract performance and help deliver safe, reliable non clinical services that support exceptional patient care.

• Lead the Facility Operator Team across CALHN
• Build trusted partner and stakeholder relationships
• Drive contract performance and PPP compliance
• Oversee non clinical service delivery across CALHN
• Strengthen governance, service quality and outcomes

About You

You are a strategic leader who builds trusted partnerships, drives performance and delivers quality outcomes in complex service environments.

• Lead contract and operational service delivery
• Build strong stakeholder and partner relationships
• Drive change, strategy and service improvement
• Manage people, budgets and complex resources
• Apply WHS, risk and contract governance knowledge
