Port Lincoln Hospital is seeking two enthusiastic and organised Patient Services Officers to join our Medical Records team in permanent part-time roles. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role behind the scenes, supporting patient care through the accurate management of medical records while providing a professional and welcoming service to patients, visitors and staff.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll contribute to the efficient operation of patient administration services, including reception, medical records management, switchboard operations and general administrative support.

How Will You Contribute:

  • Provide professional reception, switchboard and administrative support across the Patient Services Department.
  • Maintain accurate patient information and medical records while supporting effective patient management systems.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery across the hospital.
  • Contribute to a safe, high-quality and patient-focused environment through teamwork, continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
