About the Role

Lead and shape admin services across Emergency Services. You will manage a skilled workforce, build strong systems and create safe, efficient support that keeps acute care moving. Partner with clinical leaders, balance budgets and ensure admin practice aligns with network goals.

Duties
• Lead admin teams across Emergency Services
• Set clear service standards and safe work practices
• Build workforce capability and strong team culture
• Drive plans, targets and key measures
• Manage budget and support smart spend
• Advise leaders on admin risk and impact
• Partner with clinical and corporate leaders
• Represent Acute and Urgent Care as needed

About You

You are a confident people leader who brings clarity, drive and sound judgement to complex admin services and fast paced care settings.

• Lead and motivate admin teams with calm, decisive judgement
• Communicate, negotiate and build trust across clinical leaders
• Drive change, workforce plans, budgets and service priorities
• Apply WHS, Return to Work and risk standards in practice
• Analyse data, manage pressure and deliver agreed KPIs
