About the Role

An opportunity for a leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys building capability. You will lead the evolution of a health analytics service into a more mature, trusted and business partnered function that supports better decision-making and patient outcomes, aligned to CALHN’s Safe and Connected operating model.

Working closely with executives, clinicians and operational leaders, you will lead a specialist team that delivers timely, actionable insights to support clinical, operational and strategic priorities. You will drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics, develop and empower your team, and support the ongoing maturity of CALHN's data and analytics capability.

About You

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights. You bring strong technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills, together with a commitment to developing and empowering your team, building organisational capability, and embedding the effective use of data to support performance, planning and improvement.

• Tertiary qualification in data, health or related field
• Lead analytics teams, projects and digital initiatives
• Use SQL and data visualisation tools with confidence
• Analyse complex data and deliver strategic insights
• Build strong partnerships across diverse stakeholders
