  • Must be willing to work a 7-day roster on afternoon shift

About the Role

As a Support Services Officer, you help keep care safe, clean and responsive. Working across campus, you support patients, clinicians and services, adapting to daily needs and playing a vital role in quality care delivery.

• Support patient care across wards
• Deliver security and emergency response
• Maintain cleaning and waste services
• Follow ward direction from CNC or AHC
• Assist campus needs as required

About You

You bring the skills, judgement and care mindset to support safe, smooth hospital services and step up when it matters.

• Hold AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
• Work confidently in care or hospital settings
• Provide security support and emergency response
• Communicate well with diverse patients and teams
• Follow safety, customer service and hospital by-laws
